> Delirium and Flashbacks

Many patients experience flashbacks about their time in intensive care.  This is quite normal; however, if this becomes problematic or distressing for you, please contact your GP for further support.  In the following short film, former ICU patients describe their experience of this.

It is common after having experienced a stay in intensive care to have difficulties with sleep. Psychologist Dr Leanne Fleming talks about insomnia and some of the options available to help manage it.
