Putting Patients First

We want to know about how you experience our services. By getting your feedback we can build upon what works very well and we can improve what could be better.

We are fully committed to developing our services around the patient experience and that’s why we’ve introduced this new online patient feedback system. Your comments will go directly to the appropriate front line service providers and will be used to inform service improvements and drive up standards of care and compassion.

This new system provides a confidential, user friendly way for our patients, their families and the wider public to share their healthcare experiences, good or bad.

It is important to note that you will not receive a direct response to the specific issues you raise. However your comments will be used to drive forward change and if you opt to receive a copy of our annual Patient feedback Report you will be able to see how patient comments have influenced change.
