The staff endeavour to arrange for one of our technicians to come out and review your wheelchair and hopefully repairing it as soon as practicably possible and at no cost to you. This is dependent on the issue with the wheelchair which is reported to our staff but for non-urgent repairs should be within five working days, subject to the wheelchair being accessible to our staff i.e. you are not on holiday etc. If you would prefer to bring the wheelchair to our Yoker site we would be happy to look at your wheelchair with the aim of repairing it the same day, wherever practicably possible. This has the advantage of being quicker and we are more likely to have parts available. Urgent repairs we aim to send an engineer within one day to review the wheelchair with a view to making a repair, wherever practicably possible.
