Scottish Ocular Oncology Service

Welcome to the Scottish Ocular Oncology Service website.

Being diagnosed with eye cancer can be scary and upsetting. In the eye clinic we try our best to give you as much information as possible and answer as many questions as we can. It is, however, difficult to take in all the information after receiving your diagnosis. Additionally, you may have questions you would like to ask after leaving the clinic. This website aims to give quick and accurate information to help cover any further questions you may have and improve your understanding of your condition. We have summarized the different cancer types affecting the eye and structures around the eye. This includes the background of each tumour, symptoms, investigations and treatment options. We hope you find this useful.
