see me

see me is a national Scottish campaign aimed at combating stigma and discrimination against people with mental health problems.  It comprises an alliance of five Scottish mental health organisations: Highland Users Group (HUG); National Schizophrenia Fellowship Scotland (NSF); Penumbra; Royal College of Psychiatrists Scotland Division; and the Scottish Association for Mental Health (SAMH).  The campaign is funded by the Scottish Government as part of its ongoing commitment to improving mental health and wellbeing.

The see me website contains information on how to get involved with the see me campaign, as well as campaign materials.  There is also space for people to share their stories about stigma and a section for children and young people which links to the Just Like Me campaign.
