Recovering After a Heart Attack or Surgery

Adapting to a change in your life which may have come about as a result of your heart problems takes time.  Remember, many people who have angina or have had a heart attack return to an active life. 

Don't let it dominate your life but look on it as a time to change aspects which may have contributed to your heart disease.
