At Specialist Weight Management Service (SWMS) we aim to support sustainable increases in activity levels to improve health and assist with weight loss.

There is further evidence to support physical activity improves self confidence, self esteem, depression and sleep patterns.

SWMS have specialist physiotherapists who lead individulised exercise consultations, activity classes and have direct referral links with medical services and community activity opportunities.
