Can I order tests direct from Procurement:
No, the NHSGGC Procurement Team are not able to allocate the lateral flow kits directly to any area or person. All requests should be made via a line manager. There is an agreed priority list which details when each site will receive the kits. Senior managers for your area will be aware of this and can provide guidance.
How do I order kits?
Test kits are distributed via our line management structures. Senior managers for your area will be aware of this and can provide necessary guidance. Staff who meet the criteria for Lateral Flow Device testing should discuss with their line manager how and when to access a test kit. Contact the Nurse Bank directly to arrange a time slot to pick up a kit.
Lateral Flow Device testing kits are being provided via the Health and Social Care Partnership PPE hubs. Arrangements will differ depending on the mechanisms each Health and Social Care Partnership has put in place to roll out testing. Senior managers for your area will be aware of this and can provide necessary guidance. Staff who meet the criteria for Lateral Flow Device testing should discuss with their line manager how and when to access a test kit.

My kit is damage (or bottle spillage). What should I do?
Do not use potentially contaminated elements of the kit. Contact your line manager to arrange a replacement kit.
