Bank Staff Booking System
The nursebank bookings are managed on a system known as Bankstaff
A key function of the Bankstaff system is EMPLOYEE ON-LINE (EOL). This is a self service booking link, managed through your mobile, Ipad or internet, which will allow bank workers to self service by placing their availability onto the system and book shifts on line.
EOL provides NHSGGC bank workers the benefit of access to self booking shifts. Once booked online the shift is not available for other staff to view and book. Bank workers who continually book multiple shifts and subsequently cancel are having a detrimental impact on the staff banks ability to effectively fill shifts and meet service demands. NHSGGC Staff bank will monitor EOL activity and any Bank worker identified as repeatedly cancelling shifts booked via EOL will have access removed.
