Trust and Support Each Other

This element of the Framework focuses on the following:

  • Team members actively look for ways to help each other
  • Individuals can acknowledge their mistakes knowing other team members will support them
  • Team members are comfortable accepting help as well as offering it
  • The culture of the team is that if someone has an issue or "is stuck" help will be offered
  • Differences are discussed and explored - rather than becoming a problem
  • Team members recognise each other's strengths and expertise and value the diversity this brings Team members work together to resolve issues
