This element of the Framework focuses on the following:

  • Team members regularly review how they are doing
  • Team members regularly seek feedback from service users and how others view the team
  • The team always looks for ways of doing things better or more efficiently based on user feedback
  • Team members receive regular feedback from their team leader, supervisor or line manager
  • Team members are comfortable giving and receiving feedback and suggestions from each other on how improvement might be made
  • Team members share or learn from "best practice" in or from outside the team Team members explore new or different ways of tackling issues or making improvements
