Implementing Change and Managing Transition

Scoping Your Project - This is a simple way for the team to define the scope of a project by identifying what will be included and what will be excluded. It helps to ensure that all of the team is focused in the same direction and understands the scope of the project.

The Change Transition - understand the behaviours people are likely to demonstrate during each phase of a transition.

The Forcefield Analysis - a simple tool to identify the forces that help or hinder change and to develop a plan to harness the positive driving forces and remove, reduce or avoid the negative or resisting forces.

The PDSA method is a way to test a change as it is implemented by following 4 steps ie Plan, Do Study, Act.
