To allow us to respond directly to the needs of staff impacted by COVID-19 we are running a limited Counselling service.
This service is available to staff who wish to access psychological support. The service provides:

Please note this service will not be able to provide an immediate response. If you need immediate support with your mental health please contact a trusted member of your community such as your GP, or NHS 24 on ‘111’ or if you are in imminent danger please dial ‘999’.
Where possible may we please ask you to consider making use of on-line resources or accessing alternative community supports. Links to a range of resources are available below. If you are experiencing a crisis please contact your GP or out of hours services.
