In response to Covid-19, the Occupational health service has had to modify the way we deliver the management referral aspect of our service. We are currently operating a reduced service. More details can be found on our Covid-19 information page.
Appointments will be carried out by telephone or using the Attend Anywhere video consultation service.

Irritation from FRSM/Surgical Masks
Please do not submit a management referral form if a staff member is experiencing irritation from wearing a surgical or FRSM mask. Further Guidance on prevention and management of skin irritation can be found here

The Occupational Health Service provides a management referral service providing support & advice to both the employee and the employer. This service is for NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde only.
All referrals should be completed using the form below and sent to [email protected]
An automated out of office delivery report will be sent once we receive the form. We are unable to respond to specific requests regarding receipt of referral forms.

Managers can now refer employees to the Alcohol and Substance Nurse as part of the management referral process.
