Update 2 - December 2017


1. User Onboarding and Interface Development

 First full test file has been successfully received from e-KSF and work is progressing to check data integrity and formats.  Awaiting test file from SWISS team. Work has been completed on the ‘Create a new user’ functionality and will be tested in due course using the SWISS data.

 2. Application Development Progress

 Application development has progressed well with most of the necessary functionality now in the testing phase prior to acceptance.  An additional feature is the ‘discussion summary’ which involves just three questions:

  •  What went well this year?
  • What might have been better?
  • What can be done differently next year?

 Work for the next sprint involves the joint sign-off process which will enable users to confirm that a discussion has taken place and indicate agreement of recorded content. The home page has been re-designed following user feedback and a screen shot of an early version is attached for information. Further planned design work will improve the final look of the home pages.

 3. Stakeholder/User Engagement

 The functionality now in the User Acceptability Testing (UAT) environment is available for testing by users.  Test log-in details and passwords have now been set up and populated with test data. These will be sent out to KSF teams and additional testers week beginning Monday 11th December.

 4. Executive Appraisal

 Work continues in parallel on the development of the application to support the executive level and senior managers.The focus in this sprint is on setting objectives and adding weightings. Directors who review Senior Managers and AfC staff will have all their team available on the same ‘MyTeam’ page removing the need to use separate applications.
