The course is designed to help delegates understand the purpose of recording meetings and the roles of the various people at the meeting. Delegates will be given hints and tips on recording minutes with an emphasis on acquiring skills that will improve their confidence in recording minutes.
By the end of the course you will be able to,
• Recognise the roles and responsibilities of participants at a meeting.
• Discuss planning and organising meetings.
• Identify approaches for recording minutes.
• Practice taking minutes at a meeting.
• Consider actions following the meeting.
• Develop a personal action plan
