Accessing your LearnPro account
A LearnPro account will have been created for you prior to commencement as an employee of NHSGGC and you will have received an introductory email from LearnPro inviting you to log-in and create your own password. The log-in page can be accessed here.
If an account has not been created please inform your manager. Your manager should complete the short account creation request form found under Statutory and Mandatory training (LearnPro) at the end of the page step 4 of the Recruitment Process Guidance for Hiring Managers on HR Connect.
Updating your personal details on LearnPro
You are responsible for keeping personal details held on your LearnPro profile up to date e.g. change of role or location, when you're issued with a payroll number). Please follow this link to a guide on how to update your personal details.
