Digital learning module development and review - in partnership with NHSGGC internal Subject Matter Specialists
Digital learning modules are developed as an additional or alternative delivery format to support key organisational learning.
If the request asks for the module to be mandatory for all NHSGGC staff, it must be mandated by all NHSGGC Directors via the Statutory and Mandatory Training Governance Group.
If the request is for a module to be mandatory for a defined group of staff, the appropriate Director(s) for this group must mandate this development.
The time scale for mandates must be factored into the overall development timeline for the module.

A Fairer NHSGGC
To ensure that your proposed e-learning content adheres to current equalities legislation please view the pages on the Equalities in Health site, in particular, the “A Fairer NHSGGC” pages linked here.
You should consider conducting an Equality Impact Assessment, especially if the module is part of a wider development programme. At a minimum please view the assessment material to ensure that your proposed content does not have any actual or implied bias against anyone in relation to any of the protected characteristics.
We will ask you to confirm you have done so as part of the new content request process. We will also monitor this through ongoing discussions during the content creation phase.
