Assertiveness This course is designed to help delegates to understand what assertiveness is, and when to use it.  Assertiveness can improve performance and help with the management of difficult people and situations.

Conflict Management In order to manage conflict you will need to learn about the causes of conflict and how you can minimise the effects or prevent conflict from occurring. It is also important to know what do if conflict does occur in order to support your team and deal with any adverse effects.

Duty of Candour This e-learning module provides a comprehensive overview of the new Duty of Candour legislation and a guide for implementation in Health & Social Care. There are case examples and descriptions of harm to help clarify when the procedure should be used. There is also information on how to apologise and why that is important.
