Parking at QEUH and RHC Campus

Changes to Parking Arrangements at Queen Elizabeth University Hospital and Royal Hospital for Children

Parking arrangements at Queen Elizabeth and Royal Hospital for Children changed in October 2016.

Please be aware of the arrangements if you have to park on site.  If you need to travel by car, it will help you when you come on site if you are able to familiarise yourself with the arrangements before you travel.

The main Patient and Visitor car park areas are in two multi storey car parks and a large surface level car park, identified on site as P1, P2 and P3.

P1  is the multi storey car park nearest to the new Adult and Children's Hospital main entrances. The whole of this car park is for Patients and Visitors use only and you can access it via Hardgate Road.

Follow the signs for P2 and P3 via the former main entrance on Govan Road.

P2 is a multi-storey car park with the ground and first floors designated for Patient and Visitors.

P3 is a surface level car park for Patient and Visitors only.  This is opposite Accident and Emergency.

If you are visiting buildings other than the Adult and Children’s hospitals we advise you to park in P2 or P3.

There are also limited parking bays near specific clinical buildings.

For those with mobility difficulties, there are a number of drop off zones throughout the campus.

If you need directions or help when on-site please speak to a car parking attendant. Occasionally they may ask for verification when entering the car parks; if they do, please show the car parking information letter which will be issued with appointment letters.
