Please ask a staff member to get something for you.

Can I get a gluten free meal?
Yes we have a special gluten free menu with meals from a specialist supplier. We can also supply gluten free bread and biscuits from the catering department.

Please ask a staff member if you need to follow a gluten free diet.

Does freezing the food and reheating it not make it less nutritious?
No, frozen food is just as nutritious as fresh food. The freezing process does not destroy nutrients.
