Finding Help

It's never too late to stop drinking.

Where Can I Go For Support?

It's never too late to stop drinking.

If you're pregnant and struggling with an alcohol problem, ask your midwife, doctor or pharmacist for support or advice. They may recommend that you join a rehabilitation programme.

Confidential help and support is also available from local counselling services (contact Drinkline on 0300 123 1110) or the National Organisation for Foetal Alcohol Syndrome (NOFAS) UK.

Contact is a national charity for families with disabled children.

They provide information, advice and support. They bring families together so they can support each other. They campaign to improve their circumstances, and for their right to be included and equal in society.
