If you need information on coronavirus (COVID-19), you can find the most recent updates on public health advice here:
http://nhsinform.scot/coronavirus
A free helpline has been set up for those who do not have symptoms but are looking for general health advice: 0800 028 2816
If you have symptoms, it is important that you stay at home for 7 days from the start of your symptoms. Other members of your household should stay home for 14 days from the start of your symptoms, even if they don’t have symptoms themselves.
Your feedback helps us to build upon what works well and to improve what could be better.
We have our own online patient feedback system (see the form below).
This is a confidential way for our patients, their families and the wider public to share their healthcare experiences, good or bad and for us to learn from those experiences.
It is important to note that you will not receive a direct response to the specific issues you raise via our website. However, your comments will be used to drive forward change.
If you choose to receive a copy of our annual Patient Feedback Report you will see how patient comments have influenced change. Find out how 'we are listening' to your comments and how we're responding - click here to view our reports.
We’ve made a short film which features real examples where patients telling us about their experiences have helped us to improve.
Ask to speak to a person in charge. It may be that they will be able to address your concerns straight away.
You can also choose to submit feedback about your experience or that of a relative/friend via our patient experience freephone number which is 0300 123 9987.
If you would like to make a formal complaint about our services, please visit our Complaints page.
This is a public website, run by an independent organisation. Patients and families can use this site to provide anonymous feedback about their experiences in any of our services within the last three years. We are alerted to all NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde stories and we will respond online. Visit: https://www.careopinion.org.uk/
