We want to know about how you experience our services. By getting your feedback we can build upon what works very well and we can improve what could be better.
We are committed to developing our services around the patient experience. That’s why we’ve introduced an online patient feedback system. Your comments will go direct to the appropriate front line service providers. We will use them to inform service improvements and drive up standards of care and compassion.
This is a confidential way for our patients, their families and the wider public to share their healthcare experiences, good or bad.
It is important to note that you will not receive a direct response to the specific issues you raise. Your comments will be used to drive forward change. If you choose to receive a copy of our annual Patient Feedback Report you will see how patient comments have influenced change. Find out how 'we are listening' to your comments and how we're responding - click here to view our reports.
We’ve made a short film which features real examples where patients telling us about their experiences have helped us to improve.
Please note that this system is NOT designed to handle formal complaints. If you would like to make a formal complaint, please go to our Complaints page instead.
