Patient Panel

Across NHS Scotland, when change is proposed to a service a Stakeholder Reference Group is formed to help support the engagement process around the proposal.

We do know however that there is concern and interest among patients in particular around this proposal and so we decided to form a Patient Panel to give patients this particular role in the engagement process. This allows patients to:

  • Hear about and ask questions about the proposed changes to the Centre for Integrative Care
  • Think about how best to inform and engage with others on the proposal
  • Help us to develop the information and evens that will keep people informed

The first meeting of the Patient Panel was held on the 30th September and another was held on the 21st November.  The links below will take you to the reports from each meeting, as well as the presentation given at the second meeting about the engagement process and feedback gathered from patients and carers.
