Health Improvement

Providing good quality healthcare includes taking into consideration the whole person, their life circumstances and overall wellbeing as set out in the principles of the Health and Social Care Standards.

Health improvement programmes like Quit Your Way, weight management and physical activity are in place across Greater Glasgow & Clyde and we also provide access to community services for money advice, carers support, and food and fuel poverty.

NHSGGC is committed to improving the health and wellbeing of the population it serves as well as the staff it employs, and so staff health and wellbeing resources and information about staff support is also shared.
