Healthy Minds is an awareness raising resource to support implementation of the NHSGG&C Mental Health Improvement Frameworks. It aims to promote basic awareness and understanding of mental health and topics that are associated with and can impact on mental health and wellbeing.  Read more here

Healthy Minds Information Session has been developed to be used by anyone wanting to deliver an information session on the Healthy Minds Resource. 

Healthy Minds Online Guidance: a document for facilitators planning to deliver Healthy Minds awareness sessions using a virtual learning space such as Microsoft Team or Zoom. It contains information to support facilitators to prepare, deliver and reflect on the session. It provides helpful tips as well as safety guidance to ensure that facilitators safety and wellbeing and that of participants is taken care of as far as possible when delivering a session online. organisational protocols should be followed at all times if you feel that someone is affected by any triggers or is in distress.   

*Please note that any online delivery should be afforded the same preparation time as face to face delivery to ensure the integrity of the resource is maintained. Prior to deciding if online delivery is conducive to your participants needs there is a need to ensure any equality dimensions are met. Ensure you are familiar with the topic and session plans as part of this preparation and consider how you will adapt or conduct the group work elements of the sessions in advance. Before getting started please take time to ensure that you have access to the appropriate working technology and are comfortable with online protocols.*
