What do I do if I don't receive a notification post survey?

We have set up a notification email in response to every survey submission, however if you do not receive it for whatever reason (it could be subject to your email settings) that same information is provided here, in case you want to know exactly what is in that notification, here it is in full here:

"Dear Staff Member

Thank you for taking the time to complete the Mental Health Check In.

Your submitted form will be reviewed in the coming days and if appropriate, you will receive a phone call from a member of the Occupational Health Psychological Therapies Service (OHPTS).  Please try and answer this call, even if it is to ask us to call back at another specified time.
