The Mental Health Check In includes demographic information questions and three standardised, valid mental health tools. These tools have been developed to help with the identification of some common mental health difficulties. The questions ask you to rate each answer based on your experiences over the last two weeks or last month. These tools have individual scoring scales which have been developed to identify people suffering from mental health difficulties. If your scores are indicative of a current mental health difficulty an alert will be triggered by the Check In and the clinicians will be notified of this alert.
