That depends on what difficulties you are having and what support you require. If on the mental health check in you indicate that you are experiencing mental health difficulties then the team member will attempt to contact you on the telephone. This telephone call is to explore how you are feeling just now and may result in you being signposted to a range of supports. For some people this telephone call will recommend that you would benefit from a fuller assessment and this will be arranged. The clinical psychologist will use this assessment to gain a better understanding of how you are feeling and will match you to the support and / or care you require.
