Quality Assurance for Health Improvement Inputs into Community Setting

This section contains information on how to submit an application for a Health Improvement (HI) input within a community setting.

Please refer to the information detailed below prior to submission.

It is best practice to share all new areas of work related to young people (including neighbourhood and thriving places work), with the Youth Health Improvement Leads (Y-HIL) group. Any curricular educational input that is  delivered to schools under the neighbourhood / thriving places programme should follow the education QA process via the Health Improvement in Education Group (HIEG) click here.

While submitting applications, Health Improvement staff should be aware that Y-HIL will consider Health and Wellbeing inputs that are developed, delivered or funded by Health Improvement and Health Improvement is the lead organisation.

Overall Process Flowchart
