Simon Carr became a Non-Executive member of the NHS Board on 1st September 2015.
Simon has over thirty five years’ experience working in the voluntary sector most of which has been spent as senior officer working in the social care and housing sector. Simon has a track record of developing innovative solutions to complex problems and he looks forward to bringing that experience to NHS Glasgow and Clyde. Simon has developed and led complex transformation programmes to help ensure organisations remain focused to meet the changing needs of the people that use their services.
Simon has a sound understanding of the challenges the NHS face nationally and in Greater Glasgow and Clyde and he looks forward to making a contribution.
