Clients of Sandyford sexual health services, partner agencies and the wider public are being encouraged to take part in a consultation which will help shape the future priorities for sexual health throughout Greater Glasgow and Clyde.
The draft Sexual Health Strategic Plan for NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde, which sets out key areas for development over the next three years, is currently available for consultation.
As well as providing advice and treatment for Sexually transmitted infections, HIV and contraception, the service also offers a number of additional specialist services: -
Rhoda MacLeod, Head of NHSGGC’s Sexual Health Services, said: “The plan sets out a vision for improving sexual health outcomes and includes the need for improvement in gender services and those aimed at young people.
“We really hope that people who have used or do use the services of Sandyford take the time to take part in this consultation as their opinions matter. This feedback will then inform what the final plan looks like.”
