A comprehensive £200,000 lift refurbishment programme at the Vale of Leven Hospital has begun this week.
The programme, which is expected to last 20 weeks, will see the lifts in the Healthcare for the elderly area of the hospital upgraded. A goods lift for the kitchen will also be refurbished.
David Loudon, NHSGGC’s Director of Facilities said: “We will do our very best to keep disruption to a minimum for patients and staff while this investment work is carried out. We wish to thank them for their patience during this busy time and have put up signs explaining the reasons for the disruption.”
