Earlier today a burst water main occurred in the drive way leading up to the main entrance of the Royal Alexandra Hospital in Paisley from Corsebar Road.

Scottish Water are already on the scene, working to rectify the burst, however access to the main entrance of the hospital has been affected.

Access to the car park is unaffected and patients can still walk to the main entrance from there.

Anyone who requires to be dropped off at the main door should use the Craw Road entrance.

Work to rectify the burst and make the necessary repairs to the main drive are anticipated to continue into the weekend.
