To ensure patients are at the heart of our plans for the future, each clinical working group will be supported by a Patient Reference Group made up of patients, charities and voluntary organisations. These patient groups will contribute to the development of the recommendations for the future shape of our clinical services by providing a patient’s perspective.
Each Patient Reference Group is Chaired by a CH(C)P Director, supported by a patient representative:

The Patient Reference Groups for all eight workstreams were all invited to attend a joint meeting to look at the overall picture of how the emerging service models all worked together. The report from this event, which was held on the 26th June 2013, is avaible here.
If you would like more information about any of these Patient Reference Groups, or anything to do with the involvement of patients, carers and the public in the Clinical Services Review, please feel free to contact the Community Engagement Team on 0141 201 5598 or [email protected]
