Record all your cycle journeys during May. This can be a ride to the station, the park or your cycle to work. We want you to record all your cycling!
The app is called Naviki and is available for free from the Apple Store, Google Play and Windows Phone Store.
All forms of cycling count with the exception of sporting events. Everything from your daily commute and trip to school, to popping to the shops.
The Challenge runs for the entire month of May. It is however run from Bologna in Italy, so it will finish midnight May 31st Central European Time.

Yes. But we do prefer you to log your route as this shows time of travel and highlights delays.
Yes, you can extract the data as an GPX file and submit to the Challenge App.
A facebook page will be live shortly and you can tweet photos of your cycle use with #ecc2017eu
No, all ages can participate!
Cycling information can be found on Local Authority and Sustrans websites. Just search for “cycling” once on the homepage.
Led rides will be promoted through our weekly emails (you should receive these automatically when you sign up), and through the events section on our website.
All issues are usually reported through the relevant local authority website. Go to our Cycle Route Issues page for details.
When the Challenge finishes, we will find out our overall standing on the leaderboard. If you are lucky enough to have won a prize over the course of the month you will be contacted.
All local authorities will now have anonymous data on cycling trips in their area which can be used as a means to highlight the need for a strengthened cycling network!
