We will work together to understand the problems and find ways to help you cope. Sometimes we may help your parents and sometimes we may work with you.
We may teach you new skills, such as problem-solving and how to relax when you are worried. We may help you find ways of letting people know how you are feeling and what they can do to help.
In our sessions we may draw, play games or just talk. You can let us know what feels easiest for you.
