Steps for Stress

Steps for Stress is a Scottish Government website which has been set up to offer practical advice to people who are experiencing stress.  The site contains advice on recognising the signs of stress as well as simple tips on coping better. 

There is also a community area for users to share their experiences, support each other and chat online to others who have been affected by stress.  Users have to be registered to access the community area but this is free and simple to do.
