  • Brush teeth twice daily with a fluoride toothpaste (1000 parts per million or PPM)
  • Visit the dentist every 6 months, not just when you have toothache - pain will usually mean treatment. A regular check up usually means a clean bill of dental health
  • Food and drinks which contain sugar should be kept to a minimum. Grazing on sugary snacks throughout the course of the day is responsible for a lot of our dental decay and erosion! KEEP SUGARY THINGS TO MEALTIMES
