What is a Job Analysis Review?

A Job Analysis Review will produce an accurate description of the job and of the skills and abilities needed to carry it out. 

This process may involve re-writing the Job Description, having it re-evaluated (under Agenda for Change Job Evaluation Process), costing it and identifying the correct budget code/cost code.  The pay banding must subscribe to Agenda for Change pay bands.

The post cannot proceed to advertising stage until an outcome has been received,  if a post is advertised and the AfC Banding is different from what you have advertised, the post require to be re-advertised and will result in further delays to the recruitment process. 

Under no circumstances should a post be offered to a prospective employee unless it has been evaluated via the formal NHSGGC Agenda for Change Job Evaluation process.
