Work Life Balance

NHSGGC recognises that employees‟ domestic, family, personal and public duties can, at certain times, impact on their working lives. In order to support employees and enable them to balance home and work lives, the Board has introduced this range of policies in order to benefit both male and female employees, full-time and part-time, who may have different responsibilities at different stages of their lives. We are committed to equality of opportunity in all areas and the Human Resources Department will monitor the fair and consistent application of all work life balance policies and report annually to the Staff Governance Committee.
