This element of the Framework focuses on the following:

  • Team members have clear sight of other teams who inform or are affected by their activities
  • Team members understand the agenda and issues of other teams they work with and how this influences their responses
  • Team members develop healthy relationships with other teams and are able to draw on their support
  • The team regularly communicates and co-operates with other teams
  • The team is respected for the service and areas of support they provide
  • Team members recognise the skills and expertise of colleagues in other teams and can draw on and learn from these
  • The team work well with other teams on common initiatives or areas of interest
  • The team has a clear identity in the organisation
