Leadership - Level 3

Leadership - Level 3

Role/Accountability

Leaders here are typically concerned with practice across multiple service areas/the wider organisation and may lead on the delivery of integrated care services.

Leadership at this level is about:

Leaders are likely to be accountable for directorate or board wide or social care services and for direct reports who manage teams within this.
