360° assessment is a process where you receive confidential, anonymous feedback from a range of people who work around you. This will typically include your manager, your peers, your team colleagues, people you support and your direct reports.
You will select between eight to twelve people to complete an online and confidential feedback questionnaire covering a broad range of workplace competencies. You can view our competencies for Senior and Frontline leaders on the link Leadership Competencies.
The feedback forms include questions that are measured on a rating scale and also ask raters to provide written comments. The person receiving feedback also fills out a self-rating survey covering the same survey questions that others receive in their forms.
Feedback is collated to inform your development needs. A detailed report and confidential face to face are provided to consider the findings and how these are most effectively used.
