The module will help you to ensure that everyone we come into contact with is treated with dignity and respect and that we foster a positive and dignified workplace culture.

You will also explore the courses of action open to members of staff who experience unacceptable or inappropriate behaviour and how we, as an organisation, aim to minimise the incidents of such behaviour occurring in the first place.
