This programme has been developed to provide supervisors/managers with all the necessary information they required when inducting new members of staff to their team.
Information provided will give managers are awareness of induction requirements including the Health Care Support Worker induction standards and code of conduct to help ensure safe, effective and person centred care for all patients and service users.
