How to register with Learnpro
The Statutory and Mandatory training modules required for all new and existing staff are available on our online learning platform, Learnpro. To access the modules, your new member of staff must be registered with an online learning account on LearnPro. Details of how to do this can be accessed below.
Identification Number - NHSGGC Payroll Number
Please note that during the account registration process, your new member of staff will be asked for their NHSGGC payroll number as their Identification Number. If the member of staff is new to the Board and does not have a payroll number at this stage, please contact LE Support at [email protected] and a member of the team will issue you with a temporary Identification Number that must be updated once a NHSGGC pay number is confirmed.
It is important to check that your new team member updates their Identification Number as this is the identifier that will confirm their statutory and mandatory training compliance in your area. If the Identification Number is not updated, your training compliance report will not include learning activity that this new member of staff successfully completes.
You do not need to have a GGC email or NHS.net email address - instead you can register another email address at this stage.
