What can I do to help?
- Be ready for your appointment
- Follow any advice your GP has given you leading up to your hospital appointment.
- It is important that we have your correct personal details - i.e. your address, telephone number, email address.Let your GP know if your personal contact details have changed
- If you no longer need treatment, or can’t make your appointment please let us know as soon as possible. A minimum of 5 days notice means we may be able to offer the appointment to someone else, and that could be you next time.
