NHS Greater Glasgow's Sandyford Initiative provides a wide range of reproductive health (family planning), sexual health (genitourinary
medicine) and emotional health services. These include contraceptive advice, testing and treatment for sexually transmitted infections including HIV, counselling and library and information services.
Following a detailed review of local community clinics, we are currently consulting on proposals to expand and improve our community based services. The proposals, which have been developed in response to feedback from community groups, people who use existing services, staff and voluntary organisations, will increase the range of sexual health services available across the city.
The documents outline the reasons for the proposed changes and highlights some of the benefits. The leaflet also explains how you can let us know what you think about the proposed changes.
