Stakeholder Reference Group

Stakeholder Reference Group Meeting 1

The first Stakeholder Reference Group meeting took place Tuesday 20th September. We presented to them; our proposal to improve rehabilitation for the elderly in North Glasgow; and how we intend to inform and engage with wider stakeholders. Their initial thoughts, questions and contributions were gratefully received. With their ongoing input we will develop and widely publicise a draft leaflet and host events to engage more widely with the public. A copy of the Meeting Notes, the Presentation and our Draft Involvement and Communication Plan are available to view or download in our Documents Page. An officer from the Scottish Health Council was in attendance to provide feedback about the meeting.

Stakeholder Reference Group Meeting 2

The second Stakeholder Reference Group meeting took place Wednesday 12 October. We worked on the content of the Information Leaflet for the proposal and agreed the format of the Public Events. We also discussed the work we are doing looking travel and accessibility for the proposal. The meeting finished with some of the Public Partners visiting one of the wards, day hospital and other facilities at Stobhill Hospital related to the proposal. A copy of the Meeting Notes are available to view or download in our Documents Page. An officer from the Scottish Health Council was in attendance to provide feedback about the meeting.

Stakeholder Reference Group Meeting 3

The third Stakeholder Reference Group meeting took place Thursday 17 November. We worked on reviewing the public events and the feedback heard through the engagement process to date. Public partners were then asked to consider the proposal, the engagement undertaken and feedback heard, and to use their experience and local knowledge to review options to meet the service model principles. They agreed the options and assessment criteria presented at the events and tabled at the meeting were fully understood and their performance had been looked at satisfactorily against the criteria. A copy of the meeting notes will be made available in the documents page when reviewed. An officer from the Scottish Health Council was in attendance to provide feedback about the meeting.
